Daily Rates include:

• All Government concession fees.
• Services of fully licensed professional hunter and qualified staff.
• All inclusive accommodation, meals,
  beverages and laundry.
• Accommodation in deluxe safari camp.
• All meals and beverages.
• Full safari support staff as required.
• Field preparation of trophies.

Daily Rates exclude:

• Commercial flight to Beira.
• All Charter flights.
• Hotel accommodation before, during and after the
  contracted safari period.
• Visa on arrival US$150.
• Rifle permit cost of $200 per rifle.
• Hunting license per client of $350.
• Trophy fees – animals harvested or wounded.
• Dipping, packing, crating and shipment
  of trophy to the USA & SA.
• Gratuities.
• Value Added Tax (VAT) @ 17% on daily rate.

Terms and conditions:

• Government Hunting License fee is required by all clients at a cost of $350.
• Rifle permit cost $200 per rifle.
• A 50% deposit on the daily rate, or 50% of the total cost of a hunting package, is required to confirm the booking. The balance is payable 30 days before your safari. In the event of a cancellation, deposit is liable to forfeiture if we are unable to contract another safari to replace your booking.
• Government License fees are payable 30 days before your safari and are not refundable should the trophy not be taken.
• Trophy fees are to be paid on the last day in camp
• Outstanding amounts on daily rates are to be paid on the day of arrival. Daily rates are charged per night spent in camp.
• Trophy fees are to be paid on the last day in camp
• Packages are payable in full 30 days before your safari. As packages are sold at a discount rate, in the unlikely event of the package trophy not being taken, no portion of the packages is refundable.
• Lion and Elephant hunts are a minimum of 14 days.
• A basic fee of $300 is charged per client for government paper work for the export of trophies. A further fee of $50 per trophy is charged. Hippo and Elephant – SQ. These fees cover all export permits and transport back to a quarantine facility in South Africa.
• On arrival in Beira a private agent, who will have all your relevant paperwork, will meet you. Please present him with your passport and visa. A fee of $50 is paid directly to this agent.
• All payments are to be made via bank transfer, cash, certified bank draft or travelers cheque. We do not accept personal cheques as they may take over a month to be cleared.
