James Quin is the General Manager of Stormberg Elangeni Safaris. He has been a Professional  Hunter since 1993. He has hunted all of the Big Five (as well as Black Rhino) throughout Southern Africa including South Africa, Botswana, Zambia and Mozambique.
James worked for another reputable hunting company for 15 years as their senior Professional Hunter before moving down to join Stormberg Elangeni Safaris in the Eastern Cape.
In 1999 James was awarded the Professional Hunter of the year award by PHASA. He is a life member of PHASA and also served on its Executive committee from 2006 to 2008. James is a full member of The International Professional Hunters Association, The African Professional Hunters Association,  Safari Club International and Dallas Safari Club.
James is in charge of all the marketing and general management of Stormberg Elangeni Safaris. James has extensive marketing experience all over the world and knows the industry exceptionally well.
James is happiest in the bush especially hunting or bird watching with his son and his favorite hunt of all is pursuing a really big Elephant.
James is married to Viv who is the office manager of the business and does all the pre safari planning for all our clientele.
They are a great team and will provide you with a fantastic hunting experience.
James, Viv, Andrew and Jemma live in the Fort Beaufort area of the Eastern Cape on a lovely farm called Rietfontein.
